banks in Madrid. I'll be there only for 4 months, which is not as short as a visit but stayed more considerable, nor I will be resident. what are my options for finance? I open a English bank account? It is possible for a estadosunidense do not pay huge commissions? I am a foreigner but I do not pay a lot just for a checking account. Which banks are best for this? or worth more simply go with travelers checks or use my card?
